Lanz Zetcat Hydraulikantrieb

Ich habe einen Lanz Zetcat der Serie LLL 30 1 Bauj. 1989 gekauft.
Der Kompaktlader hat eine Kreuzschaltung. Links das Fahrwerk rechts die Schaufel.
Er hat folgendes Problem.
Nach dem Start hinkt das rechte Fahrwerk nach. Wen ich das Fahrwerk nachsteuere fängt es an zu pfeifen, so, als ob es Luft anzieht. Nach wenigen Sekunden zieht es wider foll an. Das wiederholt sich einige mal.
Wenn die Maschine Warm ist, so ist fast nichts mähr zu Spüren.
Kann mir jemand sagen wo es fehlen könnte.
Der Hydrauliktank ist foll und den Filter habe ich gewechselt. Ohne Erfolg.

I don`t speek german but I see you have a problem with you`r LANZ ZETCAT, something with hydraulic power or something.Please translate me about you`r problem in english and I think, I can help you!I am a mechanic and I have one LANZ ZETCAT too.It`s came from Germany with broken rear right planetgear and hydromotor and I fix them. I don`t find original parts enywhere in Europe.

Hallo, ich bin Djura aus Belgrad- Serbien, ich spreche kein Deutsch und du hast ein Problem mit der Hydraulik oder ähnlichem an deiner LANZ ZETCAT. Bitte übersetze dein Anliegen in Englisch, ich glaube ich kann dir helfen, da ich Mechanikker bin und ebenfalls einen LANZ .... besitze. Er ist aus Deutschland und hatte ein defektes hinteres Plantengetriebe Rechts und einen defekten Hydromotor, die ich wieder reparierte. Ich fand keine Original Teile in Europa.

Anmerkung von mir:
Ich kenne das Teil zwar nicht. Hört sich aber an als hättest Luft im System.

Ich habe mich um die Firma Lanz ZetCat schlau gemacht und konnte folgendes in Erfahrung bringen.
Die Firma Lanz ZetCat ist heute im Besitz der Zeppelin CAT Werke.

Ich habe die Firma wegen meinem ZetCat angeschrieben und sofort, kostenlos, ein Ersatzteilbuch und einen Schmierplan erhalten. So wie ich das Verstehe bekommt man dort auch die Ersatzteile und sicher auch einen guten Rat.

Hi! I try to translate your last letter but I can`t. Something about factory in Aulendorf. I think, it`s closed.However, I think I know what is your problem (translate from JD).
Your system is something different. First, it`s can be air in a hydraulic system.This air will stuck a valve on hydrostatic variabile pump to small open position, when a joystick is in neutral position.That is why a skid steer moving. When you move a joystick, hydraulic pressure move air trough a system or out of system and the problem is stopped in a 10-15 sec.Second, it`s can be a mechanical problem but still with same valve on the hyd.pump.
However, I think your problem based on this valve on pump. One more thing! In some cases there is a setting option on the valve or pump.

Es ist schon Möglich das ich die alte Adresse im Ersatzteilbuch vom ZetCat bekannt gegeben Habe. Tut mir leid.
Richtig ist aber, das die Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH bei München mir die Unterlagen
vom ZetCat zugesandt hat.
Wer nur ein bisschen eine Ahnung als Mechaniker hat, weiß wie wertvoll solche Unterlagen sind. Ich möchte mit meinem Beitrag al Jenen weiter helfen, die für einen guten Rat dankbar sind.

I want to download a user manual for my LANZ ZETCAT LL30, 1989 (engine typeEUTZ F2L511) but I don`t find it. I try to buy it in some store (Workshop manuals) in Belgrade but they haven`t it.
